1c. on 6c. lilac with "slug" flaw in combination with 1885 3c. on 32c. deep magenta strip of four on 1896 (12 Aug.) envelope registered from Singapore to Dutch East Indies, all neatly cancelled by single-ring datestamps, arrival datestamp on reverse; the envelope a little truncated at foot, nevertheless the datestamp well clear of the flaw.
