Ottawa", bearing Woodblock rouletted 7-9 2/- clearly tied by Barred Numeral "1" and showing, on reverse, despatch and arrival datestamps; the envelope with recipient's notation at left, some peripheral wear, a little soiled and with pressed crease through adhesive.
