Stamps of Cape of Good Hope used at Potchefstroom
1855 white paper 4d. blue block of three with close to large margins, twice cancelled (one complete) by good strikes of the "potchefstroom/g.p.k./z.a.r." 30mm. datestamp for October 1865; faint pressed vertical crease between second and third stamps, otherwise fine. A very rare and almost certainly unique multiple showing this datestamp, presumably used to pay a 1/- rate. Photo
