(2) both cancelled with dumb datestamp and one with "old/mkushi" handstamp, 1954 (17 Aug.) envelope to England bearing Rhodesia & Nyasaland 2d. cancelled with dumb datestamp showing blank between month and year, 1955 (31 Aug.) envelope addressed locally bearing Rhodesia & Nyasaland 2d. (2), one cancelled with dumb datestamp with code "A" between month and year (the earliest recorded date of use for this datestamp), the other cancelled with "old/mkushi" handstamp, and "1953" envelope to Natal bearing Rhodesia & Nyasaland ½d. cancelled with "old/mkushi" handstamp with another strike at lower left and dumb datestamp with code "A", dated 1953 in error for 1955, all three marks struck in dull violet.
