1918 (13 Aug.) two page Indenture for a land registration, the first part bearing 1912-21 MCA 5r., 10r., 50r. and 100r. to pay the duty, the second part bearing 3r. and 4r. to pay the registration fee, all tied by "crown lands registry/nairobi" boxed handstamps in violet, a very rare example of the 100r. used on a complete document. S.G. 62 etc.
