(m.m.) * SCVTVM * FIDEI * PROTEGET * EVM *: crowned and garnished shield dividing E-R, rosette stops, 5.38g, 4h, m.m. arrow (Schneider I, 672; North 1911; Spink 2438), light crinkling to flan, otherwise a stupendously bold and uniform strike, a truly outstanding portrait of the 'Boy King', extremely fine for issue, very rare thus
