AU58+ | William and Mary (1688-1694), 'Royal African Company', Guinea, 1689, Elephant and Castle, conjoined laureate busts right, rev. G over I in REGINA, crowned garnished shield, late harp, edge obliquely milled, 5h (Slaney II, 376; cf. Farey 317; EGC 363; MCE 149; Spink 3427), some flecking otherwise lustrous with a hint of peripheral reddish tone, an attractive good very fine, very rare, one of only seven examples traced by this cataloguer in commerce this Millenium, and this the highest certified, in NGC holder, graded AU58+ (Cert. 5880285-004)
