Beaded standard, tufa above, seriffed crosses to sides (?) and below, 1.20g, 35° (SL 3-50 plate coin; Abramson 2012a, Fig 15; and 2012b, Fig 1b; SCBI 69, 39 this coin; cf. From the same obverse die as Spink Numismatic Circular 1970, pp. 407, no. 11172, where the inscription is delineated as VVAIPOIRF. It has been
suggested that this variety provides a link between the two groups of the Vernus type.
