1898 (28 Dec.) envelope addressed to Southampton bearing 2c. and 5c. black on red tied by a light strike of Chefoo Dollar dater; the 2c. stamp with the variety "P C" for "C P" and bearing, on the reverse, Shanghai Dollar dater (2.1) and Southampton arrival (5.2). A large part of the right side of the front of the envelope is missing and has been repaired, this presumably contained the Chinese and Hong Kong stamps, nevertheless and rare and remarkable cover which was sent by Capt. J.A. Harrison. Only three covers bearing the "P C" error are known
