1894 (1 Sept.) the top card of Hong Kong 1c. postal stationery reply card addressed to Berlin cancelled by the small Hoihow type D c.d.s. with code "C" upright and with good to fine strikes of the square Land Post handstamp with manuscript date "2/9/94" and the circular Hainan Samah handstamp, both struck in orange-red and with Berlin arrival c.d.s. (16.8). There is some very slight ageing around the edges which does not detract from this charming card
