Shanghai ½c. newspaper wrapper (NW2) to Swatow "Per First Steamer" cancelled by a light strike of Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. in blue and, on the reverse, very fine strikes of "forwarded by/shanghai/lavers & co" double-oval and the double-oval of "shanghai l.p.o./swatow agency" without the date insertion. The wrapper was torn across the back and has been rejoined. Very appealing and scarce
