1894 (24 May) envelope to Shanghai bearing 1894 Jubilee 1c. tied by the Foochow Agency code "C" c.d.s. in blue with a second strike on the reverse along with part Shanghai arrival and postman‘s delivery characters in pencil. The cover has been repaired but is thought to be the only example of this Jubilee stamp used in the Foochow Agency
