1894 (5 Aug.) a sheet of Municipal Council, Chinkiang paper headed "Postal Service" and with, "Handed Inspector Singer stamps as under, ½ cent 25.000; 1 cent 10,000; 2 cent 5000; 4 cent 5000; 5 cent 5000; 6 cent 5000; 10 cent 5000; stamps 60,000" and signed by J. Singer; there are also a few later additions of stamps added, each of these has also been noted and signed. There are also some pencil calculations relating to the stock of stamps.
