Russia: City of Perm, 5% Loan of 1914, scrip certificate for £100, #418, mauve printing. The outbreak of WWI made it difficult for the definitive bonds to be issued so annual interest payments were stamped on these scrip certificates for 1915 and 1916. The revolution put paid to 1917 and later! GVF.
