Great Britain: Cleland's Graving Dock and Slipway Company Ltd., a pair of certificates for £5 ordinary shares, 19[20], #282, black and £5 preference shares, 19[20], #342, black on pink paper. Formed in the 1860's at Willington Quay on Tyne, by William Cleland, a former employee of Palmers. The Graving Dock was sold in 1932 and the company became Cleland's (Successors) Ltd. Together with Clelands (Shiprepairers) Limited, £1 shares, 19[21], #27, issued to the same shareholder, black. VF (3).
