Argentina: Compañia Nacional de Ferro-Carriles Pobladores, provisional certificate for 1 shares of 100 pesos, Buenos Aires 188[9], #4935, ornate border, black with yellow underprint. Formed in 1888 for Emile Noguier to build a line from Belgrano to Las Conchas. Due to lack of funds the concession was sold to the Buenos Aires and Rosario Railway in 1889. GVF.
