Unplated, part Bulawayo datestamp; fine and rare. Gibbs Certificate (2013) states "A rare stamp, only very few having been recorded to date. It is also an historic stamp having been the first P.15 example of its kind to be discovered and subsequently publicised in the philatelic press after it's sale in Cavendish Philatelic Auctions in 1984"
