1883 (8 July) envelope with disinfection slits from Tripoli to Livorno, bearing Italy "estero" 20c. clearly tied, showing a large part oval "purife au lazaret/malte" h.s. (LAZ-C2) alongside, despatch c.d.s. and, on reverse, small Malta c.d.s. for 9 July; the envelope with some minor foxing. Rare and an exceptional late use (latest recorded date)
