1834 (8 Aug.) entire letter from Smyrna to Marseilles and 1836 (18 Feb.) entire letter to Marseilles, both ex the Rocca correspondence, stained through disinfection, showing fair to fine "malta post office" h.s. (MPO-2c), framed "pays d'outremer" and arrival c.d.s., the former with disinfection slits also showing unframed "Purifee a Marseille" h.s. and, on reverse, manuscript forwarding endorsement of Eynaud & Co.
