This steamship company operated between Jiangmen, Macau and Hong Kong and was founded by a group of Chinese overseas immigrants including Ma Yingbiao, Chen Xiaobai, Li Zizhong, Wu Yaoting and Li Yutang. The company ceased operation after the fall of Jiangmen in the Second Sino-Japanese War.
