1869 (21 Jan.) quadruple rate envelope (220x92mm.) from Black River to Bristol, inscribed "Musgrave St. Elizabeth" and bearing 6d. deep purple pair and 1/- dull brown all neatly cancelled "A30", showing boxed "short paid/fine" completed for "1/-" and "6" respectively, eventually apparently charged "2/-", London circular-framed "more/to/pay" and Bristol "ch" Inspector's mark, despatch, Kingston and arrival (11.2) datestamps on reverse.
