1863 (1 Jan.) entire letter from Rio Magno, near Spanish Town, to Kingston by the Leeward Road, bearing marginal 1d. pale blue neatly cancelled "A76" and showing circular-framed "Too late" TL5 handstamp, Spanish Town (1.1) and Kingston (2.1) datestamps, all on face. An apparent special 1d. local rate and with the Too Late handstamp applied due to the late posting at Spanish Town and consequent late arrival at Kingston. Most unusual. Photo
