1860 (3 May) entire (less one side flap and one short flap) to Savannah La Mar, bearing 1d. rose-red horizontal strip of six and a pair (three stamps with filing folds) all cancelled A01" O1, despatch datestamp on reverse. A rare franking for carriage over 100 miles and possibly the unique cover with this franking recorded by Foster, large 1d. red frankings from Jamaica being exceptional. Photo
