1855 (18 June) envelope from St. Ann's Bay via Kingston "per Packet prepaid" to London, rated "6", the Packet rate established in 1864, and showing circular-framed "paid" PD15 in red, despatch P3 and Kingston K6 datestamps. The PD15 handstamp unique to St. Ann's and with one other strike recorded by Foster in magenta in 1857. Photo
