3d. blue Issue 2, watermark upright block of twelve (2x6) with blue sheet number, a lower left corner block of eight (4x2) showing broken "r" in "africa" but no window flaw, an upper marginal arrow block of four and a lower right corner block of four, and watermark inverted lower arrow block of four with Row 19/5 showing two dots in gable and 20/6 showing "window" flaw, and lower left and right corner blocks of four, fresh mint with some pairs including the window flaw unmounted.
