1d. black and carmine Type I study collection comprising 222 pairs, largely in blocks of four or larger up to fifty-four, including a block of thirty pairs from the first sheet printed numbered "000 A", a block of fifty-four pairs, Rows 7-15 which shows no arrows, Issue 1 first printing "A" blocks of four and six, second printing "B" blocks of six and twelve and a few varieties, Issue 4 "F" strip of three and blocks of six, eight and ten (albino letter), and a marginal block of eight with paper join, Issue 4a. faint arrow blocks (3) and a vertical pair printed on creased paper, Issue 5 arrow and sheet number blocks, part arrow pair and upper right corner block of four, all four scarce, Issue 6 blocks of four (7) some with arrows and a few with varieties, Issue 7 proving item block of forty-eight with arrow, blocks of six (2) and four (2), and a scarce arrow pair, Roll stamp 10 strips of four (2) and three (2), Booklet stamps panes of six (3), Roll stamp 11 blocks of four, six (used) and eight. fine and a wonderful lot for the specialist
