1857-1908 covers (40) including 1857 entire from Worcester to Cape Town, 1865 entire from Colesburg to the Directors of Postage Stamps at Cape Town, both with despatch and arrival oval datestamps, 1864 front and part back from Graaff-Reinett via Colesburg to Fouresmith bearing 4d. deep blue with good to large margins and neatly cancelled, nearly all the others bearing a range of Rectangulars to 1/- addressed within South Africa or to the U.K., and 1881 envelope from Germany to Cape Town franked at 20pfg. and with "5" handstamp and manuscript "10" tax markings
