4d. deep rose, perf 12, error value omitted, (small fault at top), used with defective Emblem 2d. on 1864 (26 Jan.) envelope from Melbourne to Ireland, both tied by light duplex and showing red ink "Not called for" and, on reverse, Belfast and arrival datestamps.
