1869 (4 Dec.) entire to Bordeaux, marked "Pr Guyane", bearing (4d.) yellow (2) clearly tied by two strikes of Anchor in diamond of dots, showing boxed "pd" and "ste lucie/paq. fr. c. no 1" octagonal datestamp (7.12) with, on reverse, "ligne a/paq. fr. no 3" double-ring d.s. (9.12) and arrival c.d.s.; the face panel with two small stains at top, addressee's name deleted and an erasure of manuscript at top. Extremely rare, the only recorded example of French packet mail cancelled on board
