Fleurot & Co. of Pointe a Pitre bearing a single Eagle issue 5c. green tied by grille cancellation, paying only the local charges for printed matter sent abroad, the letter has been charged 1d. on arrival, endorsed in black crayon; this is the only known printed matter showing this rate and this unique franking, Guadeloupe c.d.s in red and Demerara c.d.s in black to reverse
