1863 (10 Apr.) envelope from Glenlynden to Dundee, bearing 1855-63 6d. pale lilac-rose with close to large margins, tied by triangular obliterator, showing light despatch d.s. in red (earliest known use), "cape packet/devonport" c.d.s. (30.5.), manuscript "6 more to pay" (deleted) and "1/6" with, on reverse, Cape Town (16.4) and arrival (1.6) datestamps; the envelope with some age spotting
