1828-32 entire letters (2) and entires (10) each showing Crowned "post office/cape/town/general" datestamp, including 1828 (24 Oct.) soldier's entire letter (face panel heavily soiled) to Ireland, 1828 entire from Grahamstown to Cape Town marked "To pay 1/5" and the datestamp with month missing, 1828 and 1829 entires from Albany and Somerset, both marked "Agent", 1829 entire carried on the eastern route from Uitenhage to Cape Town and rated "4/2" in red ink, 1831-32 entires (2) from Worcester and Uitenhage to Cape Town rated "7" and "10d" in red ink respectively, and 1832 entire carried on the northern route from Tulbagh to Cape Town and marked "Paid 11"
