An early to middle period, duplicated collection in large stockbook which includes Prince Consort essay in red-brown (faults), some 1841 1d., 1d. Stars unused (14) and used including multiples, 1d plates unused (11), 2d. plates unused (12) and used, ½d. plates unused (6), 1½d. plates unused (4); a range of Embossed issues, mixed margins and condition with some cut-to-shape; Surface Printed with a good group of 1855-57 with 4d. small garter pair, 1862-64 including 9d. (5) and some unused, 1865-67 including 9d. good used, 1867-80 with some unused, 1867-83 high values to 10/-, later issues with some unused, 1880-81 values to 5d. unused, 1883-84 high values including the set overprinted "specimen", 10/- unused and several used including very fine, £1 crowns used, lilac and green set including 4d. and 1/- fine unused, duplicated Jubilee with values to £1 (5); there is a selection of later issues including 1929 P.U.C. £1 unused. A good selection though condition is typically quite mixed in places
