LC-LK a horizontal strip of nine in a deep blue shade, mixed margins, generally good but close or just cut into at top right and bottom left corners, each neatly cancelled by "498" numerals of Manchester; there is a vertical fold between LG and LH and a short scissor cut between LH and LJ. Stamp LE shows the diagonal smear across the Queen's eyebrow and LF with a similar smear across the N.W. corner from state 1. An attractive and appealing strip. Karl-Albert Louis Certificate (2005).
