Zeppelin group including 1922 (14 June) ALS from Major George Herbert Scott on slightly stained paper as a "first class" reference for his engineer "Mr. Reid" who is "leaving owing to the temporary closing down in airships flying"; large original photograph showing Major Scott and Landsdown in uniform; various copies of 3 different photographs showing the Graf Zeppelin D-LZ127 passing over Middlesex; spectacular Zeppelin postcard signed by Graf Zeppelin with Detlev Niemann certificate; 1931 picture postcard showing Zeppelin on Munster Flight (S 121A) sent aboard the ship and stamped with pink oval cachet 'Zur Erinnerung an die / "Graf Zeppelin" / Besichtigung des Luftschiffes'; with various commemorative covers signed by prominent airmen including one signed by William Ballantyne and another signed by Sir Keith Park; also 1933 Akron memorial cover signed by the only three survivors: Wiley, Deal and Erwin - one of a possible 915.
