1870 (22 April) letter signed from Le Boeuf as Minister of War to the General commanding the 3rd Army Corps at Nancy informing him that "the Procurers General now no longer have to furnish to the Commander of the Army Corps" ... "the reports which they had to address to him at the end of every quarter". Signed "Le Boeuf".
