1926 (28 May) autograph note on card to Frank Reynolds of the Albert I Theatre in Paris writing "There are no British rivals anywhere except Paris; so I am open to a proposal. It must be definite as to dates and places when the moment comes. But nothing blocks the way as far as I know for the earlier plays as to which no question of priority can arise". Signed "G.
