Cotton"; 1813 (28 Aug.) letter signed from Sir Richard Hussey Bickerton (Admiral) to Captain Mitford granting Mitford "A mounths leave of absence", signed "Bickerton" complete with address panel marked "On The Majestys Service" and rated manuscript "6"; 1823 ALS signed Sir Thomas Munroe; 1824 (2 June) ALS to Mr. John McHutchin in the Isle of Man written at length over two pages offering advice on how best to ensure a pension for the widow of Captain Kelly, with address panel, interesting; 1835 (14 July) ALS from Admiral Sir Edward William Campbell Rich Owen to R Byham thanking him for his service and inviting him to stay; 1834 Free Front signed "R Byham"; 21 May (no year) ALS from Admiral Sir Malcolm Pulteney to unnamed correspondent sending addenda to his paper navigation "by steam" to India; 1859 Sir Charles Napier ALS expressing doubt as to whether he might command the "Baltic Fleet"; 1860 (28 June) ALS from Charles Napier to unnamed.
