John Pasco
1828 (13 Oct.) ALS from Keyham Point to an unnamed correspondent signed "John Pasco" arranging a life insurance policy that appears to have the value of £150. Notes on the reverse in another hand read "Insurance Asylum £150 on his life to 24 Oct 1829. Medical Fee & Stamps £6. 11. 1". Document written on two sides of same page with remainder of mounting and very small hole in middle of letter.

John Pasco (1774–1853) acted as Signal Officer aboard HMS Victory and gave Nelson's well known and rousing signal "England expects that every man will do his duty".
