1736 (1 Oct.) two page Treasury document headed "A State of the General or Aggregate Fund" giving a statement of the accounts as per the "Quarter ended at Michaelmas 1736" showing payments to the Bank of England of £15,000 "in lieu of 2000000 in Exchequer Bills; £30,000 to the "Civil List"; two payments to the "South Sea Company" totalling over £10,000; with balance remaining shown as £209,169 5/8d. Warrant on reverse addressed to the Earl of Halifax to distribute the income of the accounts. Signed "R Walpole" and countersigned "Sundon" / "Winnington". Document with substantial repairs, at one point being in two pieces to denote payment.
