1953-55 envelope sent insured registered to Shigatse (for three Indian rupees) bearing, on the reverse, 2tr. bright scarlet pair and bisected vertically in a strip with right margin (4,5,3) tied by good strikes of bilingual Gyantse type 2 postmark, the address side in Nepalese and Tibetan with boxed manuscript markings for insurance and registration. Addressed as sent by Ranga in the Nepalese consulate office to Dittha Sahib Lalit Bahadur (officer of the tenth level of administration) and dated twenty fourth day of the third month Unusually fresh and fine.
