1949 (Apr.) envelope to U.S.A. bearing 1912 1/6 tr. apple green, shiny ink with Third Issue early printings of 1tr. rose-carmine, 2tr. scarlet plus 4tr. yellow-green which is partly perforated (cliché 8 showing the damaged lion's chest) all tied by Lhasa type T42a postmark, with India K.G.VI 3½a. tied by Gyantse c.d.s. (26.4). Philatelic but an unusual combination. Photo
