1942 (c.) local registered envelope bearing 2/3 t. dark indigo and 2t. bright orange shades tied by a very fine strike of the bilingual Lhasa postmark and with manuscript registration mark in the corner, the reverse with fine strikes of Dechen type 3 and similar for Medagongkur, Chomorak and Oga Dzong.
