1942 (c.) buff envelope to Gyantse bearing 2/3 tr. grey-blue tied by bilingual Lhasa postmark and with handstamped address in Tibetan, "from Taglungshar, Tsong Hang (shop), Lhaden (Lhasa)" to the officer at the Gorkha office (Nepalese consulate), Gyantse. Photo

There was a 2/3 tr. postage rate which is thought to be used around 1933-36, the shade of this stamp suggests a later date, there is no evidence of another adhesive having fallen off for the 2 2/3 tr. rate
