Russia: City of Pskov, 4% Short Term Loan, 1918, bond for 40 roubles, #7385, small format with city arms in centre, blue and black, with all 4 coupons remaining. Issued during the Civil Wars that developed after the October Revolution. Pskov was occupied by the Estonian Army in 1919 and then by Soviet forces so the loan was probably never fully issued or serviced. Ragged edges, F-VF and rare.
