1889-92 perf. 12½x12 1d. carmine upper right corner block of four with R. 1/10 showing lower half of "e" blocked, R.2/10 showing bar of "e" thinned, nearly resembling a "c", and a an upper right corner vertical strip of three showing unusual under-inking of the overprint, large part original gum; the vertical strip with vertical creasing though an unusual pair of multiples.
