(Pick 41s, TBB B317fs), in PMG holder, as made vertical indentation, previously mounted, printer's annotations, 62 Uncirculated, perforated SPECIMEN, only two graded by PMG and the highest grade by a big margin, as a matter of fact the other one is graded 40, outstanding and rare note
