(g) Victoria (1837-1901), Proof Five-Pounds, 1887, by J. E. Boehm and Benedetto Pistrucci, Golden 'Jubilee' bust left, rev. St George and Dragon, edge milled, 39.97g, 12h (W&R 285; Spink 3864), a small drag mark by D of D: G:, otherwise brilliant, the portrait distinctly cameo, good extremely fine, only 797 struck, very rare and at the pinnacle of collector interest!

This lot is also offered as a group lot in lot 281. Whichever reaches higher hammer price will sell and the other option will be withdrawn.
