George I (1714-1727), Five-Guineas, 1726 DECIMO TERTIO, 'J type 1s' in date, third diademed and draped bust left, rev. crowned shields cruciform, emblem-tipped sceptres in angles, DECVS • ET • TVTAMEU • AUUO • REGUI • DECIMO • TERTIO, inverted Ns, letters downwards on edge, 41.90g, 6h (Murdoch III, 4; King 155; Schneider II, 542; MCE 241; Spink 3626), some scattered surface marks and flecking above D of F D, and a trace of smoothing in fields, otherwise a really bold very fine/near extremely fine, the edge variety clear
