(g) William IV (1830-1837), Sovereign, 1832, first bust right, nose to N, fine beading on obverse, rev. crowned shield on mantle, edge milled, 7.96g, 6h (cf. H Mountain, SNC, October 1984, pp. 256, and [December 1983, no. 9269 refers.]; Bentley 27; Marsh 17A; MCE 490; Spink 3829), very fine, the obverse variety seldom encountered on the open market for this date, very rare and known from only a handful of specimens since first reported in December 1983
